We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Certain items are non-returnable, such as custom-made or personalized products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for custom-made items.
