Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If certain products or items are out of stock or on backorder, additional time will be required for 3D printing. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for printing before the order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates, Estimates, and Delays
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to best meet your needs.
Please note that since we are based in Hawaii, shipping times may be longer than typical mainland U.S. shipments.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
